I was needing a tragus piece, so I enquired on Instagram. Response was super quick and 30 minutes later I was in their studio looking at pieces. I purchased a stud and it was fitted about 20 minutes later after sterilisation. Non-pushy sales tactics or anything, super relaxed and very knowledgeable about all the work and gave recommendations based on my ear size and piercing type. Listened to my concerns about certain types of piercings and gave very reasonable adaptations that could be made. Very good price for the craftsmanship and service I received. The studio is bright, clean and welcoming.

Awesome as usual. Second visit within 3 weeks. Everyone makes you feel so at ease. From booking online within minutes to turning up for my 30 minute piercing appointment, I felt relaxed and comfortable because of the professional and friendly staff from the moment you walk through the door. Like my first review, I will be back and will recommend to anyone who wants a piercing. To put it in perspective, I am slightly older than most of the customers I saw when I walked in but at no point did I feel out of place or uncomfortable whilst I was there. That is a special thing and one of the reasons I went back, and will go back again in the future. Thank you so much.
